L250
The L250, an ergometer encased in a space aged looking vacuum chamber, targets the common problem areas of women – the hips, buttocks and thighs.
The L250 operates similarly to a normal bicycle trainer, except that the individual is enclosed within a vacuum chamber from the hips down. Throughout the treatment, various degrees of negative pressure are applied to the skin while the client is cycling. This stimulates blood supply to the fatty tissue around the hips, buttock and thigh region – and area which traditionally, for pear shaped women, has poor blood supply. The intermittent vacuum intervals during the program accelerate the transport of the fat enriched blood to the muscles.
WHAT SORT OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE?
Naturally, results are going to vary greatly between each individual. However as a guide, from a random sample of 100 clients taken from a Sydney studio, not one individual lost less than 20cm in total circumference from the lower half of the body over 12 treatments. A controlled study conducted on the effects of Hypoxi training concluded, that individuals using Hypoxi lost 3 times more circumference in the lower half of the body than those that carried out conventional exercise. That is, with Hypoxi training we can dictate/isolate where the majority of fat will be lost while exercising.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
L250 training should be undertaken wearing loose fitting tracksuit pants, a t-shirt and joggers. Bring a gym towel with you also.
